Add various PESD* protection diodes

This MR adds a bunch of protection diodes:

• PESD3V3S1UL (SOD-882)
• PESD3V3U1UL (SOD-882; there are two more of the same type with different footprints)
• PESD5V0S1UL (SOD-882)
• PESD5V0L1UL (SOD-882)
• PESD5V0L1ULD (SOD-882D)

In reality I only needed PESD5V0L1ULD, but I ended up adding a few more members of the family. I gladly add more from the family, but I didn't want to fill too many.

• Remove the instructional content of this template
• Provide a URL to a datasheet for the symbol(s) you are contributing
• An example screenshot image is very helpful
• Ensure that the associated footprints match the official footprint library
• If there are matching footprint PRs, provide link(s) as appropriate
  • kicad-footprints!3501 (merged) for the SOD-882 footprint
  • kicad-footprints!3274 (merged) for the SOD-882D footprint
• Check the output of the automated check scripts - fix any errors as required
• Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
  • There is a KLC violation Footprint filter 'D*SOD?882' not correctly formatted which is needed in order to not match an incompatible D_SOD-882D.

In addition:

• This is independent from my own MR. But when looking at the symbols it seems to me that PESD3V3L4UG and PESD3V3L4UW are the same and one could inherit from the other? Am I right or am I missing something?
