D_SOD-882: New footprint

I'm adding a new footprint required to complete the series of missing protection diodes like PESD3V3S1UL.

TODO:

• Please check how the solder paste area was defined. but I wasn't able to make it roundrect without defining a separate area. Also, I copied the model from SOD-882D, I hope I did all the "reverts" correctly and that I didn't miss some layers for pads.
