Added Traco TEA1HI series

Hi KiCad-Librarians 🙂,

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

There was no symbol which I could derivate, because the output pin numbers were different.

MR Footprint: kicad-footprints!3278 (merged)

The KLC-Checker throws the following error: Violating S4.5 - https://klc.kicad.org/symbol/s4/s4.5/ Pins not connected on the footprint may be omitted from the symbol Pins 3, 4, 6 are missing.

This is not something that I can fix, since these pins do physically not exist and this is the official numbering of the TEA1HI.
