Added Traco TEA1HI footprint

Hi KiCad-Librarians 🙂,

I've uploaded another series to integrate into the KiCad library.

MR Footprint-Script: kicad-footprint-generator!932 (merged)

MR Symbol: kicad-symbols!4020 (merged)

The KLC-Checker did not throw any errors on the generated footprint.
