Rename Texas QFNs (that go with generated footprints)
This implements the generation of the packages in kicad-packages3D-generator!128 (merged), which are the ones updated in:
There is one commit for each matching commit on the generator.
Adding Bug because some of these rename repair broken 3D names (the 3D file wasn't named correctly to be picked up by the footprint)
