Rename Panasonic relay JW2 into JW2_FormC
This merge request is just to complement kicad-footprints!3258 by renaming the 3D models.
The sources are currently in FreeCAD and one could easily create FormA from FormC by simply deleting two pins. And maybe the source needs to be renamed as well.
