Panasonic JW relays: rename pins, center labels

This is related to klc#11 (closed), and it is still in draft mode, since symbols need to be either added (for JW1) or modified (for JW2).

Two related merge requests:

I would like to improve the drawings depending on your feedback.

Questions:

  • What should be done with respect to pin 1 marking? Should there be one or not. Either way it is not possible to mis-rotate the components. Many other relays don't have the pin 1 mark.
  • Some other relays have a much more prominent label between A1/A2. Which one looks better? Should I somehow try to unify them?

After drawing the footprints I realised on slight inconsistency. Footprints for all other FormA relays use numbers 11 and 14, but the generic symbol uses 13 and 14 instead. From what I understand 13 and 14 is more correct according to the standard, it's probably just that when you have the same component with one pin missing, it's strange that the pin number of the other pin changes. But that's just my speculation. I'm not too familiar with electronics.
