Add IXYS Flatpack-8 and SMD-8 for the IXYS LOC112

This MR adds two 3D models for the IXYS_Flatpak-8_6.4x9.7mm_P2.54mm and IXYS_SMD-8_6.4x9.7mm_P2.54mm for the IXYS LOC112 symbols.

The two models were created using the Gullwing generator (Flatpack-8) and DIP generator (SMD-8). None of the two generators give a perfect result, but they are close enough for a casual look, I reckon. I used the Gullwing generator for the Flatpack because it was the only way to get the model reasonably close although it does not have the DIP notch to designate pin one.

The weird, long pin 1 and pin 5 are due to the way the DIP FP gen creates those pins. Since it cannot be seen normally, I would leave at that for now.
