Added Rectangle.area and get_largest_area_rectangle() utility functions

This adds the Rectangle.area and get_largest_area_rectangle() functions.

I originally intended this to be for !527 (merged) but I found an easier way fix most of the outline issues.

Therefore, this is for someone in the future to improve the logic even more.
