Add Texas_X2SON-5_0.8x0.8mm_P0.48mm

Generated using FreeCad and StepUp, with cleanup in the footprint editor. StepUp doesn't support rotated roundrect pads, so I replaced the center pad with a roundrect pad instead of the generated polygon.

The TI guide recommends 0.102mm via in center, with .305mm annular ring diameter. This breaks some KLC rules, but I think it's fine.
