Fixed naming for some traco footprints

Hi KiCad-Librarians 🙂,

As discussed in !952 (merged), I will adjust some footprint names, so that it fits into the library rules.

I need to update it on multiple levels, therefore please find below the MR-links to the other repositories.

The following Traco series are affected:

• TEA 1HI
• TEA 1E
• TBA 1E

Symbol MR: kicad-symbols!4082 (merged)

Footprint MR: kicad-footprints!3339 (merged)

The KLC-checker did not throw any errors on the newly generated footprints.
