Fix DFN-8-1EP_2x3mm_P0.5mm_EP0.56x2.15mm EP size

This MR does two things:

  1. It fixes the size of the LT/ADI DDB package. DFN-8-1EP_2x3mm_P0.5mm_EP0.56x2.15mm will become DFN-8-1EP_2x3mm_P0.5mm_EP0.61x2.2mm
  2. It changes the label of Microchip MC package from DFN-8-1EP_2x3mm_P0.5mm_EP1.7x1.4mm to DFN-8-1EP_3x2mm_P0.5mm_EP1.7x1.4mm as discussed here: kicad-symbols!4529 (merged)

The latter is purely cosmetic and intended to keep people from mixing up the length/width definition.

The former addresses the issue that the EP for the LT/ADI DDB package is slightly smaller than the footprint EP.
