Add bdfproxy.cfg to mana tab.

User thesle3p requested modification of bdfproxy.cfg from within app. Simply added bdfproxy config file to ManaFragment/strings.xml.

• note * I'm unsure if:

final CharSequence[] scripts = {"mana-nat-full", "mana-nat-simple", "mana-nat-simple-bdf", "bdfproxy.cfg", "mana-noupstream", "mana-noupstream-eap"};

is a needed change. My java fu is lacking and this was a mere copy and paste job.
