Fix MacChanger on OPO

Only Reset MAC was working without manually togging airplane mode for me on my OPO, but it all works fine for me now with these changes.

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
