I changed the Fastlane full_description: used <a> tag instead of the Markdown references that aren't supported (see https://f-droid.org/ru/packages/com.jarsilio.android.pingoff/ )

Also I removed the sentence "You can get the app on F-Droid" because users anyway will see the text in the store.

Please add the Fastlane app store descriptions to the Transifex to be translated. You may create the transifex.yaml file in the repo as it works here https://github.com/TeamAmaze/AmazeFileManager/blob/release/4.0/transifex.yml
