    • Any issues? Challenges status? - lots of things going on at the same time, we were thinking that maybe a challenge should not be running in parallel to the contest, to not divert creative energy away from it. Challenges audience is mostly consisting of regulars, Pacer and Tim have plans to extend their reach.

  • T-shirt / Contributor article status @ryangorley @mradamearle @zigzagmlt - collecting photos until the 8th (deadline for sending them in, Ryan contacted everyone who got a shirt by email. No article writer available yet. Adam Earle is taking care of the picture.
  • 1.2 Release Video Budget ( @ryangorley ) - we're collecting opinions about this in a poll at https://office.inkscape.org/nextcloud/index.php/apps/forms/exqtgAraNKo6nEtC
  • SCALE is now the end of July. They've done a Libregraphics booth in the past. Is that something we want to encourage/participate in. https://www.socallinuxexpo.org/blog/scale-19x-moved-july - meeting ended before this could be talked about.

  • Nextcloud:
    • How much load will the Nextcloud server be able to take, e.g. if we share a poll on social? @marcjeanmougin - Marc wasn't at the meeting
  • Leftovers from previous meetings, keep or drop?
    • Social media sharing strategy progress ( @zigzagmlt ): #220 - this came up when we discussed how the forum challenges were going, no concrete steps yet, though

  • 1.2 About screen contest Roundup meeting. To be held after contest, to discuss what worked, what didn't and what improvements we can make moving forward. All welcome. Date, TBC. #243 (closed) - meeting ended before this could be talked about, but in the chat before, it seemed like a good idea and should be done
