• A brief meeting to discuss the importance of keeping the Social Media Teams leadership up to date.

• Propose to update Media Teams leadership once a year (January). This would involve removing NON-active Team leaders only!

• Decide if this includes removing Admin privileges from Media Teams or just removing from active list?

• Give Media Team leaders the Authority to carry out the above actions on behalf of the Vectors Team
