Repair select invert actions

Martin Owens requested to merge doctormo/inkscape:fix-3586-select-invert into master

We want to put back the select invert all, who's code still existed but had become detached since the actions upgrade.

We also remove a version of select-invert which had been added with options but these options are never used and this invert function doesn't do anything and only serves to confuse the user in the keyboard preferences.
