Loss of "Invert in All Layers" (in all visible and unlocked layers) in 1.2

Summary:

In previous versions inkscape there was the ability to invert the selection across all visible and unlocked layers. This also had the incredibly useful (and accidental?) application of inverting the selection across loops of nodes in a path object. I use this "node loop inversion" regularly and it is a huge time saver.

Steps to reproduce:

• See that the option is missing in 1.2

What should have happened?

I should still have the ability to invert selections across loops of nodes within a path object. Here is a gif showing the behavior in Inkscape 1.1.2 (0a00cf53, 2022-02-04)
