Fixes inbox#4235 (closed). Many images (e.g. JPEG) can contain orientation information embedded in their metadata (e.g. EXIF) and other software packages (e.g. web browsers) apply this orientation information when displaying an SVG that contains an image. With this change, Inkscape does too.
