Blurred and transparent object clipped on pdf export (1.3-dev)
Steps to reproduce:
- open drawing.svg in Inkscape
- save as > drawing.pdf
- Alternative
inkscape drawing.svg --export-type=pdf
Also happens with an ellipse with a blur and a non-opaque opacity set.
What happened?
- Noise fill output is clipped
What should have happened?
- Noise fill not clipped

Allow for rasterization of FEs outside page one
When an item with filter effects is rasterized, its bounding box is only
clipped to the nominal bounding box of the document when the document is
in "legacy" mode (single visible page = zero SPPages). When the document
has actual SPPages in it, the item's bounding box is clipped to the page
that is being written. This enables rasterized filter effects to show up
on pages of PDF output after the first one.

Should be fixed before backporting to 1.2.x (/cc @S-Rafael), possibly related to #694 (closed)? Edit: note patch in linked issue doesn't help here, at least w/o modification
