Add support for Artboards and Guides

Added:

• Artboards
• Guides
• Conversion of opacity in the Layer Effects menu

Fixed:

• Layer opacity and visibility not affecting child objects
• Failure to convert empty document and document with no default size (DfSz)

Looks good. Could you try to figure out why the IDs change when you add another test? Seems like resetting the random seed is not enough (or it doesn't work).

Just noticed that the rounded rectangle on the first artboard has a stroke width of 3 times the rectangle size (but without an applied stroke). Is that intentional?

I'm not sure why the ID generation was dependent on the unit test order, but it seems fixed now by not overriding the ID generation of path effects
