Milestone for the beta release of GROMACS 2025. Milestones for the current release are on Fridays, and the actual release will take place during the week after to have some time to fix unexpected bugs, pipeline errors, handle MRs that are delayed by a day etc.

Any planned changes should be done by the end of devcycle3, and changes to our infrastructure/testing that can potentially influence other MRs need to be done well before the end of devcycle3. Then, we will have a few more weeks for unexpected issues or delays to critical stuff, which we will bump to the beta milestone towards the end of devcycle3.

We will only have a single beta, and ALL code changes (not just significant ones) MUST be MERGED before the beta, or they will be bumped. We will only fix bugs after the beta.
