Based off of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/merge_requests/1386 but just using node:11-alpine to match https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/retire.js/blob/17e81af857b595299fb701cfde6fbeba067d5ebc/Dockerfile#L1
