Configure Security Dashboard

GitLab has a feature called Security Dashboard, see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitter/webapp/security/dashboard. It allows to constantly monitor a project for security vulnerabilities. We should set it up for this project to be notified of vulnerabilities.
