What this MR does

  • After the recent migration, The expectation artifact path has changed. This MR updates the SAST Artifact URL points to the latest SAST artifact path
  • Updates SAST CI template to the latest stable version
  • Removes the SAST_EXPERIMENTAL_FEATURES CI var by default
