The CLAIR_DB_IMAGE_TAG variable is now deprecated as part of the changes to the Container-Scanning.gitlab-ci.yml template made in the following MR gitlab-org/gitlab!19161 (merged). This MR removes the CLAIR_DB_IMAGE_TAG environment variable and uses the CLAIR_DB_IMAGE variable instead.
