Draft: Set Chrome browser dimensions
What does this MR do?
This MR fixes the RailsGoat authentication E2E specs for DAST 2.0. They fail because DAST 2.0 uses Chrome instead of Firefox, and the default Chrome window dimensions don't work for RailsGoat's mediocre adaptive styling.
