Release DAST 2.0

Context

The GitLab team is currently hard at work on %14.0, which means it's time for us to release DAST 2.0!

Technical Details

• Update all tests so that they pass for DAST 2.0
• Release DAST 2.0 with the merge of the updated tests MR
• Ensure DAST.latest.gitlab-ci.yml pulls DAST 2.0
• Promote DAST.latest.gitlab-ci.yml to DAST.gitlab-ci.yml
