What does this MR do?
While most of my contributions to the secrets analyzer is focused on monthly dependency updates and despite having a small precentage of merge requests that I have reviewed and approved, I'm feeling confident to take up maintainership of this project given my involvement with the project over the past few months, and my work on platform-wide/pre-receive secret detection topics.
Note: I made sure to include the change from !274 (merged) in here so it's easier to merge without conflict or having to rebase later.
