Update Puma to version 5.5.2

It was just updated in gitlab-org/gitlab gitlab-org/gitlab!75642 (merged) to resolve a CVE

I'm not familiar with this project but I did the same smoke test as in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-exporter/-/merge_requests/140 and everything seemed OK on the puma side.
