This MR adds a short document describing what automatic database reindexing does, and adds some links to logs in Kibana. There was no existing documentation regarding this in this repository before, so, I missed this workload when I was working on Schedule deployment migrations as a job on k8s (gitlab-com/gl-infra&1556 - closed).

I will add more details regarding monitoring later. For now, we only have logs, so I have added links for logs.
