Stop deploying binaries to S3 

Binaries are now distributed via generic packages so we can stop
deploying them to S3.
This was deprecated in 14.2 via gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!88094
so it should be safe to stop deploying them anymore.

Related to #116.
