Include additional projects in IssueSummary (contributor links)

What does this MR do and why?

@nick_vh recently noticed that the contributor links were missing from an issue with the quick win label

This was because it was in the client-go project which is not covered by this process

This MR adds the client-go and terraform provider projects to the processor
