What does this MR do and why?

Draft MR to see about reversing the item checklist order. Currently the checklist seems to be sorted by created date with most recent dates coming first. For the report workflow it would make more sense to reverse this order so that the oldest MRs are at the top of the report and the newest MRs are at the bottom.

Since we are following a 4-day review response SLO it doesn't make sense to start the report with MRs that are 1 day old while leaving the older MRs that have fallen behind the 4-day SLO at the bottom. This way team members can address the MRs that have fallen behind first.
