Report GitLab version in SiteSpeed test results

Nailia Iskhakova requested to merge 13-report-gitlab-version into main

Report GitLab version in SiteSpeed performance results table to then send it to Slack/Wiki and also push this data to InfluxDB. The follow-up will be to update the SiteSpeed results Grafana dashboard to visualise the new data. Additionally moved all the code related to results generation under a separated lib file.
