Summary

  • Update in-file status from Draft to Approved for specs whose spec MRs have merged: S03, S06, S08, S10, S11, S12, S27
  • Update the specs index (README.md) to match
  • S01 excluded (handled in !234 (merged))

Test plan

  • Pre-commit hooks pass (markdownlint, lychee, vale, gitlint)
  • CI green
