Remove OpenShift Installation Instructions.
What does this MR do?
This MR removes installation instructions for OpenShift. We have some consumers of GitLab who are using these instructions to attempt to install GitLab on OpenShift. Due to the lack of OpenShift Support this has resulted in major headaches for customers and also customers inadvertently introducing security risks as a result of our instructions. These instructions are also out of date.
This page shouldn't be removed; Instead we should iterate. As soon as OpenShift Support is released, myself or someone should update this page with new instructions.
