Goals for 13.0:
- Generate additional IACV by:
- addressing the .com downgrade root causes and enabling messaging for customers to renew
- This involves understanding if we can tie into the purchase flow created by the acquisition team: product#1524 (closed)
- Adjusting the auto-renew logic for .com to check every day leading up to a renewal instead of just at day 14: product#1522 (closed)
