Objective 1 : Improving free to paid conversion rate via growth experiments
KR1: Increase D14 2+ SpO for company namespaces by 10%, going from a baseline of 22% to 24.4% through growth experiments & initiatives(relative lift)

KR2: Improve Company Trial to paid conversion rate by 5%, going from a baseline of 3.23% to 3.39% through growth experiments & initiatives(relative lift)

Objective 2 : Use qualitative and quantitative research to generate deeper and constant customer insights
KR1: Finish a strategic data analysis project focused on secure adoption
Issue: #1686 (closed)
Proposal: focus on new user secure adoption path, deeper level of understanding on how free users adopt secure, how is that connected to verify, which specific feature/action is the key thing we want to promote

KR2: Launch a sensing mechanism to capture user rating of onboarding experience & get constant user feedback to ensure good user experience

Objective 3 : Improve experiment process and velocity
KR1: Develop an experiment data tracking and analysis SOP
Issue: #1685 (closed)
This should including steps to take to set up data tracking for experiments, roles and responsibility between PM, dev, data, tips/tricks, things need to checked etc.
