Service Desk with friendly email address

- When activating Service Desk in the project settings, the UI provides a default friendly email address, e.g.
- There is no additional email set up required.
- That email address is static. It cannot be changed.
- If you turn off the service desk feature in the project admin settings, no issues will be created (and no subsequent comments will be created).
