Geo Documentation: Archive old update steps

In the help pages of the application (help/administration/geo/replication/updating_the_geo_nodes.md), there are instructions for upgrading Geo. As the user scrolls further down the page, they find upgrade instructions for very old verions, including;

1. Upgrading from 9.3
2. Upgrading to 10.0

These versions are quite old now and we should archive this information somewhere so that this page contains information that is more likely to be relevant to our users.
