Default project path to empty when creating from group template (It used to be prefilled with a template subgroup path, which is not a desired behaviour)

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Click create new project from header or menu (not from a group or subgroup)
  2. Select create from template option
  3. Select a custom template from group templates tab
  4. Observe the namespace dropdown (it should be empty)
