Fix deprecation: Using positional arguments in specs for EE specs in spec/

What does this MR do?

Updates specs to use new rails5 format. This MR fixes EE only specs in spec/ folder(the specs don't exists in the CE repo), and some specs in ee/spec/

Similar to gitlab-ce!23095, gitlab-ce!23947 and gitlab-ce!24009
