What does this MR do and why?

Prevent Open list to be displayed when board option to hide it is selected. Removes console errors on epic boards page.

How to set up and validate locally

  • Go to an epic board
  • Click Edit board in the top right corner
  • Untick Show open list and save
  • The Open column shouldn't be displaying anymore.
