Copy metric images from alert to new incident

What does this MR do and why?

This adds the functionality of copying/duplicating metric images from the Alert, to its Incident issue at the time of incident creation.

This happens for all new Incidents that are created from an Alert.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Add some Alert metric images by following the steps here: !79083 (closed)
  2. Create the Incident for the alert, by clicking the 'Create Incident' button
  3. The images should be present under Metrics on the Incident's page.
