Geo: Update list of unsupported background validation items
What does this MR do?
Updates the list of items that are not verified in the background. (When following links in the article, I found that the issue was now closed).
What are the relevant issue numbers?
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/5064 - This item is closed, which addressed all items except for user uploads.
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/5591 - This is the open ticket looking to address user uploads.
