Removed beta designation from Group SSO
What does this MR do?
In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/6126, we removed the beta cookie restriction from Group SAML. Now that this restriction has been removed, we can update the docs to remove the beta tag from the feature.
