Resolve "Move EE JavaScript tests to their own respective directory"

What does this MR do?

This moves more EE-specific JS tests to ee/spec/javascripts. This is the 4th batch.

• EE specific content should be in the top level /ee folder
• Conforms to the merge request performance guidelines
• Conforms to the style guides
• Conforms to the database guides

• End-to-end tests pass (package-and-qa manual pipeline job)
