Adds more identifiers to Seat Link

What does this MR do?

Related to #330810 (closed)

This MR adds the following metrics to the payload of the Seat Link service, as well as to the documentation for the service:

• hostname
• instance_id
• license_md5

These metrics are being added to support the Data team to more effectively map data for this service as mentioned in the issue.
